Dr Ivan Muscat explains why we're aligning our COVID-19 dose interval with the JCVI recommendation of 10-12 weeks. Increasing the length of time between 1st and 2nd doses allows us to prioritise giving the first dose of the vaccine to as many people as possible in at-risk groups.
